BLAST 2026 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("the Giveaway") is organised and run by FragDraft ("we", "us"). Full operator and legal details are available in our Imprint. Contact: [email protected].

By entering the Giveaway you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply in addition to FragDraft's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Not affiliated

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike 2, or BLAST, or any of their affiliates. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to FragDraft, not to Instagram, Meta, Valve, or BLAST.

3. Entry Period

• Opens: July 18, 2026 at 00:00 (Vienna local time, CEST / UTC+2)
• Closes: August 10, 2026 at 23:59 (Vienna local time, CEST / UTC+2)
• Winners announced: on or shortly after August 11, 2026

Entries and drafts submitted before the opening time or after the closing time will not be counted. The "Entry Period" referred to throughout these terms is the window above.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period you must complete all of the following:

• Follow @fragdraft on Instagram;
• Like the official FragDraft giveaway post;
• Create and submit (lock) a fantasy draft for a BLAST 2026 tournament on FragDraft.win, then send a screenshot or image of your completed draft to @fragdraft by Instagram direct message; and
• Comment "DONE" on the official giveaway post.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entry is completely free. Creating a FragDraft account and building a draft is free.

• One entry per person. Duplicate or repeated comments do not increase your chances.
• Entries that are incomplete, use fake or secondary accounts, are generated by bots or automation, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Giveaway will be disqualified.
• You must keep your follow, like, and comment in place until the winners are drawn.

5. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• You must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's own terms of use.
• You must have a Steam account that is able to receive a trade offer (account in good standing, trading enabled, not subject to a trade ban or hold). The prize is delivered as a Counter-Strike 2 in-game item via a Steam trade offer.
• Employees of FragDraft and members of their immediate household are not eligible.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is not open to residents of the US states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Hawaii, Louisiana, and Arizona, or of any other jurisdiction where such giveaways are not permitted.

6. Prizes

Main prize. One (1) winner, drawn at random from all valid entries, will receive one pair of ★ Dragon Fists gloves (Field-Tested) — a cosmetic in-game item for Counter-Strike 2.

MVP Challenge prize. Separately from the main prize, one (1) MVP winner (see Section 7) will receive all of the following cosmetic in-game items for Counter-Strike 2:

• 1× Fever Case;
• 1× Jackass Sticker Capsule; and
• 1× Dual Berettas | Melondrama (Minimal Wear).

A single entrant may win both the main prize and the MVP Challenge prize.

• The market value of in-game items can fluctuate; we make no guarantee as to their value.
• All prizes are delivered exclusively as Steam in-game items via a Steam trade offer to the winner's Steam account. The winner is responsible for accepting the trade and for any Steam trade hold periods, which are outside our control.
• There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
• Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or charges applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Main prize. The main-prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries that meet every condition in Section 4, on or shortly after August 11, 2026.

MVP Challenge. The MVP-prize winner is the new FragDraft player with the highest total fantasy score across drafts submitted during the Entry Period, as recorded by FragDraft. A "new FragDraft player" is an entrant who creates their FragDraft account during the Entry Period. The MVP winner must also complete every entry step in Section 4. In the event of a tie, the tied player who reached the score first (earliest qualifying draft submission) wins. FragDraft's scoring and account records are final and determinative for the MVP Challenge.

• Winners will be announced and notified via Instagram (a reply to their comment and/or a direct message from @fragdraft) on or shortly after August 11, 2026.
• Each winner must respond to the notification and provide the Steam details needed to send the prize within 7 days of being contacted. We may ask for reasonable proof of eligibility (such as confirmation of age).
• If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days, does not meet the eligibility criteria, or declines the prize, they forfeit the prize and we may select a replacement winner under the same conditions (the next-highest-scoring eligible new player for the MVP Challenge, or a fresh random draw for the main prize).

8. Data Protection

To run the Giveaway we process the Instagram handle of each entrant, the draft screenshot you send us by direct message, your FragDraft account and fantasy-score records (used to determine the MVP Challenge), and, for winners, the Steam details needed to deliver the prize and any information needed to confirm eligibility. This data is used only to administer the Giveaway and award the prizes, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way we reasonably consider fraudulent or abusive.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms or to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if events beyond our reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be posted on this page.
• Our decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• CS2, Counter-Strike, and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. FragDraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law in your country of residence.
