Is FragDraft free?
Yes. The full game (drafting, scoring, all tournaments, global and per-tournament leaderboards, XP, shards, titles) is free and always will be. Pro and the Season Pass add cosmetics, analytics, and progression on top, but they do not gate competitive play or determine leaderboard outcomes.
Can I buy shards with real money?
No. Shards are earned only through gameplay. There is no money-to-shard conversion at any tier, and neither SKU grants shards.
What happens if I cancel or want a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. FragDraft Pro is refundable within 14 days (EU/EEA consumers have a statutory withdrawal right; benefits already consumed are deducted pro rata). The Season Pass is refundable within 14 days provided fewer than 10% of tiers have been claimed. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is FragDraft gambling?
No. FragDraft is a skill-based game. Outcomes depend on roster construction, matchup analysis, and strategic booster deployment, not on chance. There are no loot boxes, no randomized prize distributions tied to payment, and no wagering. You must be 16+ to register, and registration is blocked in jurisdictions where fantasy-style skill games are restricted (including the US states of WA, ID, MT, NV, HI, LA, AZ).
