Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all paid purchases on FragDraft. It is linked at checkout and referenced in account settings. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law in your country of residence.

1. Overview of Paid SKUs

  • FragDraft Pro: a monthly recurring subscription (€9.99/month) granting access to a defined bundle of benefits for the subscription period
  • Season Pass: a time-limited seasonal content bundle (€9.99/season) granting access to a predetermined 50-tier reward track

FragDraft does not sell in-game currency, individual booster packs, CS2 skins, or randomized reward containers for real money. Refund terms for each SKU are set out below.

2. FragDraft Pro (Monthly Subscription)

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period (EU/EEA Consumers)

EU and EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. Where subscriber benefits have been partially consumed (e.g., XP multiplier used, complimentary booster pack opened, Season Pass tiers claimed, subscriber cosmetics equipped), a prorated deduction corresponding to the value of benefits consumed may be applied to the refund.

2.2 Cancellation Outside the Withdrawal Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscriber benefits until that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day withdrawal window has expired, except where required by mandatory law.

2.3 Automatic Renewal Failures

If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds), subscriber benefits pause until payment is resolved. No charge is retained for a period during which benefits were not active.

3. Season Pass

3.1 14-Day Refund Window

A Season Pass is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 10% of the 50 reward tiers (i.e., fewer than 5 tiers) have been claimed. Once 5 or more tiers have been claimed, the Season Pass is considered substantially consumed and is no longer eligible for refund.

3.2 Season End

Unclaimed tiers at the end of a season do not carry over and are not refundable. Reward contents and tier counts are disclosed in full before purchase.

3.3 Pro Subscribers

FragDraft Pro subscribers receive one Season Pass per season as part of the subscription bundle. A bundled Season Pass is not separately refundable; refunds for the broader subscription are governed by Section 2.

4. In-Game Items

In-game shards, boosters, cosmetics, titles, XP, and levels are earned through gameplay or granted as part of a paid SKU. They are non-transferable, have no cash-equivalent value, and are not individually refundable. If a SKU refund is granted under Section 2 or 3, any in-game items delivered as part of that SKU (including claimed Season Pass tiers) may be reversed as part of the refund.

5. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

  • Refund requests related to unauthorized card use should be reported to us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback, so we can investigate and process a refund directly where appropriate
  • Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks, abuse the refund process, or have a pattern of purchase-and-refund behaviour may be suspended, terminated, and blocked from future purchases
  • Where a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, any in-game items delivered by the disputed purchase may be revoked and the account placed in a restricted state pending resolution

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your FragDraft account
  2. Include the SKU (FragDraft Pro or Season Pass), purchase date, and order/transaction ID
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes affecting paid SKUs will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect and will not apply retroactively to purchases made under the prior policy.
